From Your Property Manager...

May Recap:

  • 2 new cameras and 2 new lights have been installed at the front pool
  • All of the monument signs were cleaned, sealed, and repainted
  • Bids are being reviewed for plate cameras
  • Traffic Calming: Spoke with the COJ Traffic Engineer. He advised that speed humps must be approved by 75% of those homeowners affected...and the cost would be $2,300 per speed hump. The speed limit may be reduced to 25 mph; would still require the 75% vote.

April Recap:

  • NO DUMPING, of any kind, is allowed in the community ponds.
  • New spring loaded basketball rims have been installed at the basketball court, along with new nets. Also, we have installed a barrier net that will assist with keeping basketballs from going into the pool area.
  • To add some color to the entrance, we will be installing new shrubs, in the upcoming month.

March Recap:

  • Be on the lookout for our Spring Newsletter.
  • New basketball rims and nets are scheduled to be installed last week of March/first week of April.
  • A barrier net is being installed at the pool side of the basketball court. This will help with keeping basketballs from going into the pool area.
  • We will be adding additional lights and cameras at the front pool.
  • Brighter lights are scheduled to be installed in the islands down Sutton Lakes Blvd.
  • Monuments signs, along Sutton Lakes Blvd, are in process of being scheduled for sealing, stucco repairs, cleaning, and painting.

February Recap:

  • Due to the lack of a quorum of the members, no voting could be done at our 2018 Annual Meeting. After adjournment of the Annual Meeting, we called out February Board Meeting to order.
  • Other than the 4 members, that volunteered for the Board during the Election timeframe, 4 additional members have shown interest in joining the Board. If appointed, the Board will make their vote at the March Board Meeting.
  • A&B Asphalt is scheduled to make repairs between the 3rd and 4th islands on Sutton Lakes Blvd on 02/23-02/26.
  • All community fence and gate repairs are complete.
  • In effort to update the amenities of the community, new spring-loaded rims, as well as new nets, will soon be added to the basketball goals. We will also be installing a barrier net that will help keep basketballs from going into the pool area.
  • The back pool will open March 31st...and be open on Saturdays and Sundays only. Both pools will open May 26th...and will remain open 7 days per week until September 3rd. The back pool will then go back to being the only pool open on Saturdays and Sundays from September 8th until October 28th. Pool Hours 9am-8pm.
  • Topics on the table for future discussion: License plate cameras at the community entrances/exits and fitness stations throughout the community.
