- Back Pool Opens weekends only April 5th 8am-8pm
- Back Pool Opens 7 days a week May 1st 8 am - 8 pm
- Both Pools Open 7 days a week starting Memorial Day 8 am - 8 pm
- 2025 HOA Fees are due 01/30/25: $378.16
- TAKE OUT WEDNESDAYS: Food Truck(s) every other Wednesday from 5 pm-8 pm, at the front pool (1813 Willesdon Dr E) (weather permitting)
- Protective Enterprises Public Safety has been hired to patrol the community.
